First!
Wednesday, December 26th, 2007Well. The domain is registered. The blogging package is installed and the theme has been chosen. It is now time to start actually writing.
This blog will serve to be a sounding board for all of the things that I find out about on a daily basis. These things will have to do with love, myself, and the girl that I love so much named Bonnie. No, that is not her picture in the top right corner. I didn’t really think it would be appropriate to put a picture to her. Not only would it not do her justice, but I hope that someday, someone might read this and try to apply it to their own life. Sort of hard to do that when you have a picture of the most acceptable application up in front of you. I know — that didn’t make the most of sense. But, it’s late at the moment.
She is lying in bed, probably asleep. We had a great day today. We both went out and I purchased matching MP3 players for the two of us (Insignia 4GB Sport).
We then ventured to Outback for a delicious meal and drinks. After this, we made our ways back to our humble abode and spent the rest of the evening relaxing. She with her new gadget and I with mine. However, as of this writing, I’ve been babysitting her MP3 conversion. To make a long story short, she had an iPod. She doesn’t now. However, she wants to keep her music.
After some looking around I can upon this post which provided a bit more information. However, this will not work for files which iTunes cannot find the permissions for. So, with a list of over 1500 MP3s, if there is one problem, iTunes quits the entire conversion process. Hence the babysitting.
Regardless, today we had a great day. We both worked hard and relaxed easy. I discovered that she looks really good with a bass strapped across her back.
I also fell harder and harder in love with her today despite her cracks about marriage.
